The Role
The Night Manager is the front-line operator responsible for executing service quality across the portfolio each night.
This is not a passive inspection role. This is a hands-on, problem-solving position responsible for:
+ Stabilizing accounts
+ Driving consistent execution
+ Supporting FSMs by eliminating issues before they reach the client
You are the eyes, ears, and action arm of the operation after hours.
Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
