MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a team leader for its manufacturing operations in the East area of Singapore. This role involves supervising a team of operators and material handlers to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of managing large teams effectively. The position offers a 5-day work week with shifts from 7pm to 7am or 11pm to 7am.
