- Lead a team of Operator and Material Handlers to meet day to day performance targets.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
- Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
