TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic team leader based in Taguig to oversee and coach an inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of contact center experience and 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include generating accounts, managing KPIs, and collaborating on process improvements. This role requires excellent English communication and multitasking skills. Work hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM, and the position is 100% onsite in BGC Taguig.
