Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 19 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.
The
Night Supervisor / FDO
will be responsible for overseeing front desk and night operations at the Campus location in
Islamabad.
The role requires someone who is presentable, member-facing, and capable of managing the location independently during night hours.
Timings: 4PM - 2AM
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations during the night shift
Ensure smooth running of the location during evening and night hours
Handle member queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Supervise and support on-ground staff during the shift
Highlight any issues to the morning manager for follow up
Maintain check-ins and reporting throughout the shift
