Role Summary

The ideal candidate will support the Operations and Maintenance of Digital and Messaging Solutions, including fault management and first-line maintenance (FLM) support for clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring network performance, ensuring service level targets, and performing proactive system checks.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be mainly looking after Operations and Maintenance, Fault Management of Digital & Messaging Solution
  • Will be responsible to extend FLM (first line of maintenance) support to commercial clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring and escalation of network elements, faults, network services and live traffic
  • Perform proactive network element status and health checks as part of normal surveillance activities
  • Work to ensure Service Level goals for alarms, tickets, calls and emails are met
