NOC Engineer

Role Overview

• Be a pioneer member of the newly established NOC department.
• Engage in network monitoring and leverage AWS cloud services to enhance monitoring capabilities.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing NOC operations, beyond routine incident management.

Job Scope

• Monitor systems and network services to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as part of L1 and L2 support.
• Track and manage incident reports.
• Handle incident management and escalation according to established policies and procedures.

Must Have

• Experience with DNS management, including registration and renewal.
• Ability to manage WHOIS contacts and name servers.
