NOC Engineer - Level 3

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Level 3 NOC Engineer to join our Global Network Operations Center. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our edge compute platforms, SD-WAN environments (Versa), container workloads, and cloud-connected infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Linux and networking experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for diving deep into technical issues to resolve incidents, improve systems, and support mission-critical applications in challenging, distributed environments. You’ll collaborate with engineering, support, and deployment teams and act as a senior escalation point within a 24/7 global operations model.
