Job Description
Trinetixis is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to support its global network infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment
- Strong technical expertise in network troubleshooting across IP and/or transmission platforms
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, xWDM technologies
- CCNP Enterprise level knowledge (for IP‑focused roles) or equivalent practical experience
- Hands‑on experience with network monitoring tools, incident handling, and fault management
- Experience working with Linux/Windows environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers
- Experience documenting incidents and maintaining clear technical reporting
