You'll be the first line of defense, proactively monitoring our systems, identifying and resolving network issues, and ensuring optimal performance for our entire organization.
What you will be doing:
Monitor network performance using advanced monitoring tools to identify potential issues and outages.
Analyze IT event data from various sources to identify anomalies, potential incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to pinpoint the root cause and ensure swift resolution.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and repair.
