Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chat with potential customers and close sales through messaging platforms.
  • Recommend products and assist customers with placing orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records using tools like Pancake and POS.
  • Hit daily/weekly sales goals and KPIs (conversion rate, response time, customer satisfaction).
  • Provide a smooth and professional customer experience, with upselling follow-ups when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication and sharp attention to detail.
  • At least 50 WPM typing speed.
  • Experience in online sales or customer support.
  • Confident in closing sales via chat.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Goal-oriented and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Preferred: 18 to 30 years old
