POSITION SUMMARY



  • Accountable for the delivery of the full P&L of Vaccine category in North Africa: Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria
  • Leads and coaches the sales team to implement business strategies/tactics to achieve revenue targets
  • Leads, coaches and collaborates with the marketing team
  • Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Sets strategic long term vision for Pfizer in the category; obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in and colleague engagement
  • Provide guidance and direction to marketing team to drive category portfolio management.
  • Develops strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue for Pfizer
  • Develops comprehensive NIP strategy with relevant health authorities
