In this role, you’ll provide world-class customer service and technical support for a fast‑growing start‑up in the Norwegian market. Your main focus will be to help customers solve their issues and deliver excellent service via phone and email.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support, both individually and as part of a team
- Deliver high-quality solutions through clear communication and analytical troubleshooting, coordinating with customers and installers
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Maintain a high standard of service and quality in all interactions
- Manage inquiries via phone and email
- Proactively ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently
- Perform additional administrative or support‑related tasks as needed
