- Responsible for the effective introduction of new products to the production floor and seeking to deliver a stable manufacturing process to the production floor (project release), meeting customer requirements and specifications
- Create and manage the list of prospects
- Categorize customers according to the market they serve
- Visit prospects and current customers, providing technical support to the Sales Department
- Ensure that the quoting, new product introduction and testing processes are followed according to procedure
- Provides information necessary for price negotiation and reconsideration
- Lead the team of engineers, project and program managers
Experiência y requisitos
- 5 years in the area of engineering for the introduction and development of new products at management levels
- 5 years of verifiable experience in the activities described above
- English 95%
