Job Description
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Analyzing program risks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- US visa available
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
