Position Overview
Yield Analysis Engineer – NAND Technology Department, Singapore. The engineer will provide key feedback and direction on yield improvement activities for NAND memory technology, collaborating across all company functions and driving technical solutions to enhance yield, quality, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities- Discover and quantify yield issues in NAND development using metrics such as wafer/dice/tile shading, ECATS, or custom metrics.
- Interact with process, integration, yield, failure analysis, product engineering, design, and layout teams to define and prioritize yield and reliability issues.
- Own deep‑dive statistical analyses of inline, probe, and other critical metrics to enable early detection and yield improvement.
- Quantify and track progress on issue resolution, including yield improvement/downside impacts.
