Team Leader (Full Time)

You lead with kindness, confidence, and creativity - inspiring your team to deliver the very best for every child. From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you’re confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high‑quality environment for every child.
