Team Leader (Full Time, Permanent). This role leads with kindness, confidence, and creativity, inspiring the nursery team to deliver the best for every child. You will motivate your team, create magical learning moments, and maintain a safe, happy, high‑quality environment. Salary up to £33,716.80 per annum. Location: Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 4LAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the EYFS is implemented and followed consistently across the team.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management for the nursery team and staff.
- Assist in effective use of social media and other marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above.
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted inspection framework.
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues.
