Job Description
The Head Nurse is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for the full nursing function at the company. This is not a bedside coordination role — it is an operational and strategic position that owns nursing standards, team performance, patient experience outcomes, and regulatory compliance across all clinical programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep clinical expertise combined with the leadership capability to build, develop, and manage a high-performing nursing team in a premium, client-centered environment. Experience in longevity, wellness, or luxury healthcare is a strong advantage.
