Responsibilities

• Oversee two supportive living homes, including day‑to‑day operational functions and crisis management.
• Supervise Intensive Case Coordinators, Intensive Case Support Workers, Food Security Coordinator, Maintenance Personnel and other staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain data in FYIdb and accurately record case notes and other pertinent information.
• Conduct weekly room checks with Intensive Case Coordinators to ensure safety measures are upheld.
• Develop case plans and goal‑setting with residents and staff, ensuring regular follow‑ups are completed.
• Support staff in managing and resolving crises and disputes with residents.
