**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage relationships with clients in the industrial sector, introducing them to our HighLift heat pump solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to find the best solutions for our customers with the unique benefits of our technology.
- Attend industry events and represent Olvondo Technology with professionalism and expertise.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the industrial or sustainable energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
