This position is an addition to the Omnivise Asset Management (OAM) team to provide centralized, expert-level management for current OAM projects and service contracts. The primary business aim is to offload advanced support tasks from the development team, creating a dedicated project and service function to handle Level 2 services like system upgrades for on-premise and cloud environments. To address this, the role is structured around three core areas: direct execution of OAM projects and services, advanced technical support and system maintenance, and process improvement with mentorship.
