About The Job

The main responsibility is monitoring of employees’ health condition and compliance in Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

What You’ll Do

• Attend daily employee/client's health needs and facilitates transfer of patients that needs emergency care.
• Administer first aid and basic life support when need arises.
• Telemedicine across AOR.
• Collaborate with physician, co‑nurses, and OSH Supervisor/Manager to devise individualized care plans for patients/employees.
• Dispense over‑the‑counter drugs and prescribed medications accordingly.
• Manage, facilitate, and maintain systematic filing and storage of employees’ records in matters of pre‑placement examination, annual physical examination and other relevant records and reports.
• Perform on‑time medical certificate validation and issuance of fit‑to‑work.
