Your role will involve:

• Conducting assessments and developing and delivering tailored therapy plans to improve independence and function
• Collaborating with families and within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best service and outcomes to clients
• You may prescribe and implement home/workplace modifications and assistive technology
• Support recovery, disability management, and overall quality of life
