Job Description

Join our client at Redbridge’s dynamic HASS Cranbrook & Loxford team and deliver high‑quality Occupational Therapist (OT) practice within an integrated community health and adult social care service. You’ll work across the borough as part of a strong MDT, managing a mixed caseload of standard and complex Occupational Therapist referrals with around 4 new cases per week.
What will your responsibilities be?
Complete holistic, person‑centred Occupational Therapist (OT) assessments for adults with diverse and complex needs.

Lead on major adaptations, producing sketches, reading plans and writing detailed specifications.

Carry out complex manual handling assessments and advise on safe systems of work.

Prescribe, review and teach safe use of simple and complex equipment.

Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team, contributing to duty, case reviews and support planning.
