Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: McHenry, IL

Salary: $40-$47 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Restrictions/Notes: New graduates will not be considered. Must have experience working in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings.

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in McHenry, IL. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings to help them regain and maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

- Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing therapy to patients
