We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our Penrith team and support clinicians across Western Sydney.
In this role you will:
- Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
- Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapist through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
- Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
- Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services
