Job Description

  • Provide ocupational therapy services virtually 
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
  • Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including:
    • Assessment findings
    • Care plans
    • Progress and discharge sumcmaries
    • Reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards

Qualifications

  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • 1 - 2 years experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software
