Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate ocean freight shipments and support daily operations
Prepare, review and process shipping documentation
Liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers and suppliers
Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
Maintain accurate records within logistics systems
Assist with operational reporting and administration
