Ocean Import Freight Forwarder – Solihull (Hybrid Working)
 Two days a week working from home
£32k – £35k
Our client, a well-established freight forwarding business based in Solihull, is seeking an experienced Ocean & Air Import Freight Forwarder to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in handling import jobs from start to finish, including customs entries, to work for a company offering excellent benefits and hybrid working.
Location: Solihull (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Manage all ocean and air import procedures from start to finish
Complete customs entries – extensive experience essential
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders
Identify opportunities to generate leads and grow the client base
