Oceania Operations Associate

The opportunity

As our Oceania Wavespace Operations Associate, you’ll own the business and operations function for EY wavespace across Oceania. You’ll work at the centre of a high‑energy, fast‑moving environment, collaborating with wavespace leaders, the broader EY network and clients to drive operational excellence, performance insights and outstanding experiences.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of the value EY wavespace brings and will champion critical stages of our end‑to‑end experience - ensuring every engagement delivers impact, clarity and momentum.

This is a hybrid position, based in Warrang – Sydney, with a strong onsite presence in our wavespace location. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
