Job Description
In this role, you will drive the successful deployment of S/4HANA by leading the development and execution of change management strategies, including change readiness, training, communication, and user adoption. You will ensure strong program discipline through analytics and KPI-driven reporting to track progress and deliver measurable outcomes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program to effectively deploy S/4HANA across the assigned region, ensuring OCM deliverables are planned and executed.
+ Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology supporting the overall organizational and change management strategy.
+ Lead and conduct Change Impact Analyses across multiple functional design teams, collaborating with SI teams. Conduct hands-on assessments to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
