ResponsibilitiesLead OE activities (PPAP, engineering changes, clean points)Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (D-TLD, CQI-30, etc.)Support OE Claim Management and represent Pirelli with OEM customers in MexicoCoordinate SQEs and cross‐functional teams for audits and customer visitsDrive product quality, problem‐solving, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with global stakeholders (Tech Accounts, GTA, OE Quality, HQ)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related)3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive/OE industryKnowledge of PPAP, CSR, audits, and OEM requirementsExperience working with cross‐functional teams and customersAdvanced English communication skillsKey SkillsStrong problem‐solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementCustomer-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a dynamic environmentLeadership and coordination skills
