Responsibilities

• Conducting sensory evaluations of wines and analyzing results
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of grapes during harvest
• Managing fermentation processes and adjusting as needed
• Collaborating with winemakers to create blends that meet desired profiles
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Maintaining accurate records of production processes and results
• Developing new wine products and improving existing ones
• Providing guidance on proper storage, aging, and serving of wines
