Coordinate staff accommodation arrangements including housing, transport bookings, flight reservations, and related vendor liaison activities. Oversee daily office operations, workplace upkeep, and maintenance matters to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, furniture, and company assets while monitoring inventory and maintenance schedules. Track operational expenses, verify invoices, and support budget control for office-related expenditures.
