Responsibilities
Manage emails.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage filing systems and company records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
Ensure the office is well-organized and operating smoothly.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
