Job Description

We are looking for a motivated skilled to support our daily office operations. This role involves general administrative tasks, customer service, and working with our order management system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments, coordinate communication between clients and the factory and assist customers with order pickups.
  • Client Communication: Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their needs for customized products and parts.
