Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to keep day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly while supporting administrative, HR, accounting, and compliance activities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple functions.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Execute full‑cycle accounting activities including invoicing, A/R, A/P, payroll processing, and general ledger entries Enter invoices through client submission portals and maintain accurate inventory and financial documentation Prepare year‑end working papers, support external accountants, and assist with adjusting entries File government remittances and reports accurately and on time, including GST/PST, payroll taxes, WCB, and related obligations Keep the office running efficiently b...
