Driver Hire Borders/DH Recruitment are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to work within thier new office at Wilderhaugh Hub, Galashiels.
Tasks will include:
-Telephone calls (incoming and outgoing)
-Email management
-Job Posting
-CV Screening
-Applicant Registration
-Reference Checking
-General Office Admin such as scanning documents
As the role progresses we would look for the successful individual to become involved in the client side of our business such as data cleansing, customer service phone calls and social media posting. A knowledge of Sharepoint would be beneficial.
Office Hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 however we offer flexibility of working patterns.
This is a temporary role with the view to becoming permanent.
