We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy real estate office. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and can confidently manage administrative, client service, marketing, transaction and conveyancing-related duties.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate, conveyancing, legal, mortgage, insurance, banking or a professional office environment
- Experience with real estate transaction coordination or conveyancing is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, digital filing and online platforms
