Job Description
- General Administration: Handle administrative requests and client bookings.
- Report Generation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, maintain filing systems, databases, and document management.
- Financial Duties: Assist with invoice preparation, processing, manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate events, meetings, and team buildings.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the enforcement of office policies and practices.
