About the Role:
We are partnering with a growing Melbourne construction business seeking an organised, proactive and adaptable Office All Rounder to become a key support to the Director and wider team. You'll gain exposure across office administration, estimating support, project coordination and business operations while helping keep projects and day-to-day functions running smoothly.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director and office operations
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, email correspondence and general coordination
  • Maintain office systems, workflows and business processes
