Although headquartered in Pakistan, this role supports our UK operations and customer interactions from Reading, United Kingdom. The Office Assistant will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, assist with order coordination, inventory tracking, basic customer enquiries, and documentation for shipments and vendor communications.

  • Maintain reception and general office services, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
