Office Assistant / Shipping & Outbound Logistics (Remote)
RemoteVA are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant / Shipping & Outbound Logistics professional to support our order fulfillment and logistics operations. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process weekly customer orders for shipment.
- Coordinate daily communication with warehouses, customers, and carriers via EDI, email, and phone.
- Route and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, labels, and freight paperwork.
- Submit shipping confirmations and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) through EDI systems.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve shipping or delivery issues.
