Job Description

To manage daily administrative operations while overseeing basic accounting and bookkeeping.



Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Duties

• Bookkeeping: Update and maintain financial spreadsheets, ledgers, and databases with daily transactions.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, create and send client invoices, and track incoming payments.

• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, expense reports, and petty cash logs to ensure accurate financial records.





Office Administration Duties

• General Clerical Work: Manage correspondence, draft emails, format documents, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

• Front Desk Support: Welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to general inquiries.

• Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, banks, and clients to resolve billing or service discrepancies.
