Customer Service / IT Support working from an office in Sandbach, Cheshire
A great opportunity to work for a well established communications company offering existing client support.
Person criteria:-
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Good computer skills
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Show good attention to detail
Duties:-
Provide first line support and customer service to customers and resellers. Offer technical advice, troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate records of interactions and technical data.
Hours:-
8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday
Pay
£28k per annum, potential for this to increase in time as skill set develops
