- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
- Promote and explain products/services to clients clearly and persuasively
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
