The Role
Office Experience Manager is a key role within the APAC Office Experience team and is the most senior Office Experience role in Philippines.
The primary focus of this role is to support SEEK’s unique culture and help drive the overarching office experience of SEEK’s people; both of which are critical to SEEK’s success. This is achieved by developing and executing strategic Office Experience plans and associated tactical requirements for SEEK in Philippines so that SEEK employees can consistently deliver the right outcomes and have a phenomenal experience in doing so.
Leading 2 people this role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for SEEK’s people through delivery of the main areas of work, 1) Office Services, 2) Events & Culture, and 3) Safe, productive and enjoyable office environment.
