Tasks
Document Management & DMCC Interaction
- Manage the companys DMCC account: license renewals request for extracts and other documentation
- Maintain and update corporate documents and records
- Prepare send and track signed documents
Employee Onboarding & Support
- Organize visa support medical insurance and health checks
- Support employees with registrations in DMCC and systems like Al Ansari
- Assist new hires with relocation housing search and SIM card registration
Office Administration
- Coordinate with landlords building management and utility providers
