About the Role

We are a growing home service company in Alberta and are looking for a reliable, organized Office Manager to join and lead our in-office team. This role is a managerial position where you will assist in many key areas of the business including administrative and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set goals with, schedule and assist our outbound calling team.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist the team as needed.
  • Help book customers alongside the team through outbound calling.
  • Work directly with the business owners to ensure targets are being hit.
  • Grow into different areas of the business as necessary.
